Before going to rate first you check rhythm
If rhythm is regular numbers large box's between r and r 300÷ large box's
If irregular number r waves in 6 seconds ×10

Yes vijay completed agree with u , My main motto of making this video is to give them what is required in the *last min so that it will be easy for them to revise it .
Now coming to ur comment ,, if rhythm is irregular we will calculate HR by 👉”Total number of R waves in Lead 2 multiplied by 6 “ …… then u will get the heart rate in an ECG with irregular Rhythm..
Mostly in exams they will ask *regular rhythms so i dont wont to confuse everyone thats why i hav not mentioned about this concept. Hope so u got it buddyy💖💖
