They did mention in one of the livestreams, that the Astral Express crew members will be getting more MC-like attention.
This was said in the livestream when they revealed March's new form
And I'm glad it's not just march and mc only, because it felt normal that march's getting special attention (new path, new skin) because she's kind of a mascot along with pom pom for the game. Now it's gonna be everyone in the express and honestly each characters have unexplored lore which futher guarantees they're gonna get other versions, himeko is theorised to be former IPC and welt still has some explanation to do. Hoyo can take their time expanding their stories lmao.

Ok now hear me out maybe it’s not about being a chrysos heir at all maybe this has something to do with loong The Permanence according to the lore Loong just disappeared without a trace and considering that Amphoreus is a planet only accessible by people who can see through the mirrors of the garden of recollection and their companions (memokeepers and the astral express) it is plausible that loong has just been on amphoreus and his path is the secret third path that we don’t know about. Plus the definition of Permanence is “the state or quality of lasting or remaining unchanged indefinitely” if you think about it this can actually relate to Preservation. Preservation is all about protecting and a reason for protecting is to keep something safe. Which can imply keeping something the same forever which is what Permanence is.
Well if you look at it all the titans represent one or the fusion of concept of 2 aeon so the connection could be more and at the same time less

Yep, they have different forms because they are Trailblazers. In my opinion Trailblaze is already a playable path as we can change MC's and March's path.

I've said this before, but I feel certain that Dan Heng will keep getting new forms until he unlocks his ability to transform into a dragon. It was very odd to me that IL never transforms, not even in cutscenes. And the fact that Dan Heng is almost always in his normal form suggests that IL isn't his base. His true form will probably become his base form.

When you think about it Dan Heng getting a new form is already foreshadowed slightly by a couple of dialogue options about Dan Heng moving on to his next incarnation and needing a new name.
More heavily foreshadowed is March 7th, falling ill and mysteriously getting worse. As we continue our journey.
It lowkey makes so much sense that the characters that are able to tread and connect with the most paths would be the trailblazers. They come from everywhere and travel to places domineered by so many different aeons.

In all honesty I DON'T think it's actually a Dan Heng form. The reason for this is almost all of the Crysos heirs so far have been expies/variants of the Flamechasers from HI3. As mentioned, it makes no sense lore wise for Dan Hneg to be a Crysos Heir. Not to mention in HI3 there is a Flamechaser that LOOKS LIKE DAN HENG but is name Kosma. And in all honesty, if Dan Heng had a connection to Amphorous enough to be a Crysos heir he'd probably have a reaction similar to March did.
March only had a reaction because Amphoreus is connected to the Remembrance. Which we all know what did to March, from her companion quest.

While Amphoreus being in the Garden of Recollection's mirror implies it's a memory world people tend to forget Penacony is one as well.

I think, it more so tied into the coreflame, rather than some hidden power inside him. What I think happen is that it was his destiny, in the Elio's script, that he, March, and TB gained new power from Amphoreus that might help them in the final fight and for the future of Amphoreus. So, it was kind of that chosen one trope, but Dan Heng would probably still need to pass the trial before he can gain access to the power. It would be kind of cool to change perspective and we play as him going through the trial and then gained the new form for a boss battle
Let me tell you now if Dan Heng and March 7th do get new forms I will get them no matter the cost cause those two and the trailblazer make an awesome trio.
I didn't really mind for myself but you should have sufficient warning for potential story spoilers. Knowing Dan Heng will get a new form is one thing, but getting the specific information in 0:53 is another.

I remember in Amphoreus first trailer, it said that there's a Chrysos Heirs that were once an outlander, and they even showed them dropping off of a train. So I guess our influence in Amphoreus can affect the prophecy

This is lore wise impossible the chrysos heirs are those with Golden blood of kaphale (only ampherous people and he's from the xianzhou) not to mention that the coreflame had been proclaimed meaning there's already a chrysos heir holdings it's authority

Idk if to hope for an 4* alternative version of the dang heng we all have, or a 5* new character.
On one hand, you have an easy-to-build character, that could allow us to actually use dang heng.

I already love Dan Heng as a character and all; even built his 4 star form as well and made his IB hit like a truck. I am so excited to get this form, gonna be saving up for him after getting Axana and everyone before him.
