It was a healthy 3y relationship and it's been 3 months since we broke up starting 1 month of NC really worked very well but now he says he dont love me like before

Still remembers very small detail about our initial days
Still respectful never abused me in 3 years
Still replies back within second whenever I send text
And is not in a rebound relationship
I was being clingy from a month before our breakup and it made him exhausted

Hello, how is it? We’re in a similar situation 🥺 Been broken up for 2 months now. In contact for 7 weeks. But starting last week, I decided to go radio silence already and do no contact anymore. It’s been a week now since we last talked.

We broke up because I was rushing commitment. Talking about marriage as if so that it felt artificial. She used to do the same but suddenly she changed her attitude towards "I don't wanna marry anyone, I will stay alone" , "I am not compatible" with all that bullshit . Am 100% sure she won't get into another relationship for a year because she doesn't even give herself the opportunity to meet other guys + she is not at all interested in relationships right now . Basically it was stressing her out too much and she Gaslighted herself into thinking that she needs some kind of therapy and shit because she prefers to be alone to rationalise the break up. Ofc she has lost attraction for me because there was a completely different attitude during the 1st month of relationship .
When we broke up she was very angry and irritated by me. Everything i did pissed her off . Now she acts like don't exist. We were close friends for 2 years and it was first relationship for both of us . She thinks relationships are too complicated for her she is really off social media now and just focused on her career . She hardly ever talks to anyone, even her best friends.
So , should I break the no contact after 30 days . And slowly start initiating contact. Then wish her on her birthday, and gradually proceed with things from there . Or should I not wish her on her birthday and make her more anxious? I mean birthday is an good opportunity to get in touch again but if I don't, it will make her a little more anxious.
I mean it looks like she doesn't care at all and is happy by herself (It has been 12 days since I started no contact). What's your advice? And you think I have chances of getting her back?

Her brad , my boyfriend had been ghosting me for 2 months as he lost feelings (though i didn't do anything wrong nor did we fight) and then finally we broke up a few days ago. Is it possible to get him back by going no contact?
How long have you two been together and how's your communication with each other during the relationship? The breakup seems to have happened a few months ago, judging by his actions and ghosting is really bad behaviour. Hey brad...since my ex bf had been ghosting me for a month or so and said he lost interest and so we broke up but while he was ghosting me he took a screenshot of my snap profile(i got a notification) to remember my birthday date as he was confused about the date.Why did he do it if he wasn't interested?

We still live together. He had an affair for 8 months. He moved back home at the end of March 2024. One week, he says he wants to live his life with me. Go on holiday etc etc. Then another week, he says we"re over. He said the only way he will get things straight in his head is to leave me.

He's clearly confused if there's already someone else in the mix who caught his attention. Give him the break but be prepare to break up if things go from worse to worst but let him make up his mind first otherwise this cycle of confusion will continue. @breakupbradbrowning Thank you, Brad. He has a lot of resentment for things we didn't do together as a couple. Especially going out together. At the time, my self-confidence was very low. Now I'm a different person. We went out on a date last week. He said he enjoyed it. He wanted to have sex but then a few days later, he said theres no atteaction on his part for me. Then he says he's not a nice person
That I need to get it in my head it's over. He has not said he needs a break. He has said we are done..

I was the dumper and did this to my ex the other day because he isn't talking to me and I felt like I was crossing his boundaries when he's made it clear he doesn't want contact with me right now 🤷♀️ It really hurts to look at his pictures anyway, so I just see it as healthy for both of us. I do still care about him though and in my case I want him back

It's time to take a look at the bigger picture here. It doesn't really matter what your ex is doing. Chances are your ex is rebounding anyway but the point is you shouldn't be focused on that right now. That's all out of your control. Focus on yourself instead and show (NOT tell) your ex you accept her decision to break up. If you do, you'll accept that you're both single and therefore you'd stop overanalyzing every little stuff.
