Heyy, i don't know if you remember me or not but months ago when you had few thousand followers i used to watch your video and today its been 3 months since i am here in Germany got a job, spent the christmas here which seem like eternal silence and now waiting for people to lose their minds in just few minutes for new year. So much happened in these few months and your videos feels nostalgic now. Happy New Year Max
Hey Max, I’ve been watching your videos since a really long time and am planning to come to Germany next year. This video was really helpful in getting detailed insights about the salaries and wages in different industries and works, however I would like you to make a detailed video on the current scenario in Germany regarding jobs and skills as there are news coming out regarding changes in government, taxes and also automotive industries have been shut down, lack of jobs and all, so it’s a request to create an honest video about the current situation in Germany. Thank You Max, keep sharing the knowledge😊
@kiranmutha3075 it's simple, export down = job openings down. Companies don't invest and IT stuff isn't in demand because of this. If you wanna study here and then join the work force, it's the best time, else not.
Also, if you are able to do remote work and are flexible with your location, you could take a job in the West German part and settle down in (what used to be) East Germany. You will get a West German salary with East German cost of living.
Damn, nearly 50%, as a Cyber Security engineer, whenever I see these kinda things, while normal jobs with lets say 14euro/h would get me maximum of 700euro gone from a monthly salary, aiming for those 60k+ jobs seems like a no brainer, signing for 60 and taking home 30 is not a motivator.
@@El-Gato-42 unfortunately its not the USA, 100k Jobs are only for the ones with fluent german and with decades of experience. Germany and IT are not the best combo, all of Europe is still slow and very behind in that realm, unless I pick a very specific kind of field on which you can be a freelancer for companies, then its a game changer.
@@KnellAnwyll That's true. If you want to build wealth, then most of Europe is not what you seek. There is really no benefit aiming to get the top salary range here in Germany since the taxes and social transfers are very high, not to mention the language barriers. Socialized nations are best for building families and not worrying about the health care and education for your kids and having to sleep on the street when you're laid off.
you can't live off of 3100~ euro netto in Munich. If you want to get ahead as in save money, invest and have fun then it is simply impossible. Rent is too high and will consume almost 50% your salary, even on a small 1 bedroom apartment. You'd probably need to rent only a room...
Bruh. My parents have been living in munich for 15 years. And in that time they built themselves a 250.000€ house. They bought a 20.000€ Mercedes and paid for my med school 5.000€ a year plus living expenses at that time. They Go on 2 vacations a year. Mom makes 2.500 and dad 1.800€ netto thats not to far from your 3.200€ so…… what kind of fun do you want to have i Wonder
@Them340dguy lol this is 1200€ more than what I said is too low! This is simply not the same. 4300€ does not equal 3100€ :) I've been living in Munich for more than 3 years and initially had to live with my wife off of 2700€ net a month... It simply wasn't enough and we had to really live month to month (even with our really great rental contract!). When your parents bought/built their house interest rates were probably less than 3%... A lot has changed in 15 years and right now a small apartment is going for 1500€ warm rent. I know since I've been searching for another apartment on all the platforms in Munich and around and cannot find anything cheaper than that... So Bruh, it's unaffordable with 3100€ like I said.
Yet there’s also another way for getting a high salary which is after graduating from Uefa b or a license in coaching which can get you 6k-over 10k salary monthly
What are the various complications that Germany is currently experiencing, and how might these issues impact the quality of education? Will there be any significant consequences or reflections on the overall educational system as a result of these challenges? If possible, a video would be very helpful.
Hey...great video!! But you say that many companies choose highly educated candidates in germany so what about people that are in work-study programs. They are getting practical knowledge instead of theory based..
@@RsOnTheStreetS not doctors i can tell you that. My First time when i Applied they told me 4.800 brutto so i just got up and left. The Next one told me 5.000 so i negotiated it to 5300 and 125% pay for every extra hour. Just get a proper Education and degree.

Brother, I am really interested in data analytics. I am planning to move to Germany through ausbildung program. But from my country, it is so tough to get an ausbildung in IT sector. Most people go there through nursing program. If I go to Germany through something like this. So, my question is how tough it is to manage an internship once I reach there in data analytics if I learn basic skills by myself.
Please don't, I am a Data Engineer, if I could go back in time I would go for an Ausbildung in an engineering field. Even someone with no experience in graphic design can create something nice with an AI. Just an honest advise.
Hmm will have that in mind. My original plan was and still is to get the C1 in german and study Art, english and do the teacher thing to become a teacher. I dont even know if it will be a good plan or not but i have heard the money is actually nice plus holidays etc etc@@samad4895
Can you make a detailed video regarding the ausbildung of nutrition advisor as well as dietary assistant cause no one not even a single youtuber made a video regarding this field , it would be great if you do so , love and support from India ❤🇮🇳
@@RsOnTheStreetS no you're are wrong dietary assistant as well nutrition advisor is also a good choice cause it comes under healthcare sector and every healthcare sector job has a good career but the problem is not much people talks about all they talk is nursing , even there are many other options like radiology , physiotherapy but there no one who talk talk about regarding these fields so many people think there is field regarding these ,but it does the fact is we don't know , many students go for bachelors and masters but very less amount of students for ausbildung course
@gouravpaul4801 because these jobs are in need. I've never heard that someone consult a nutrition advisor or dietary advisor, this you get from your doctor according to your disease or from you trainer in the gym. So why should there be an extra person? Can you explain this concept? Is this job so common in India?
Medicine is also great. One of the best ways to earn 6 figures a year in Germany. Also a law degree and a job in a so called "Großkanzlei" is a great way to earn a lot of money.
But medicine is really hard! If you reach the phase when it becomes attractive, you have managed an education of 10 years + or so! In a hospital you have shifts around the clock! That means you sleep in the hospital! But if there is an emergency case you can’t sleep! Dangerous situation, but allowed… although it is against the ordinary working laws! You should be very healthy anyway and a little autistic or so. Too emphatic medical doctors become not seldom alcoholics ! Recently medical doctors complain that they earn not enough in compensation for their efforts. A lot of medical doctors quit their status as independent doctors and join medical firms to do somehow „8 to 5“ jobs as employees! That means less income but ordinary working conditions. The „7/24“ doctor of my childhood, does no longer exist.
@@AltIng9154I am a doctor and I can tell you that it depends on the hospital. And we are the only ones that can negotiate an easy extra 1.000€ or so on top of the original offer. So just put in the work!!
Oh don't worry, with university I also mean Hochschule. With both you get Bachelor's and Master's degrees so in Germany we don't differentiate too much between them
Hochschule and University are the same, once you graduate you will have the same (equivalent) university degree. Universities are more theoretical while Hochschulen have a lot more practical classes. Depending on the industry, Hochschulen might be argueably better, in IT and Engineering for example, more practical experience (projects) might be better than learning theories. Though of course there are some exceptions, even in Germany we have prestigious Universities for example TU Darmstadt, TU Dresden, TU München (just to name a few) would be the best choices for a mechanical/electrical engineering study, of course IT and other engineering/technical fields included. Since they are "Techinical Universities", they also have a similar approach to Hochschulen, a lot of practical courses compared to studying those fields in your general University. Other fields of studies also have other more prestigious Universities/Hochschulen that might be aa better choice. But regardless of whether you want to go to a University or a Hochschule, the most important thing (in my opinion) you need to do first is, to check the courses they offer for your field of study and whether those courses are actually what you want to learn during your university studies.
@ In short, the usual madness! 😀 Oberschule is now Realschule! At least the German „Ingenieur“ is no longer a real academic. 😀 What more to want! Idiocy!
one more thing: the salaries you're referring to are full time salaries, so 100%. But many emploees usually do part-time, like 50% or 75%
