My experience at shopping at H&M is like yours! I always had to return most of what i ordered. There's not that much info about the products on the site and that's a bit of a problem because they looked different when i got them. I find shopping at H&M is more miss than hit these days.

I am based in Austria and we are having a hit wave too. The sleeves on this one are actually very airy and give a bit of sun protection too and can be rolled up or as styled in this video this shirt can also double duty as an overskirt for the cooler summer evenings. Did you also see the short sleeves silk shirt, that one could be great for hot days too. Btw. nice pieces but the prices are ajoke, 50 Euros for linien shorts?- I bought a very similar pair (honestly!) in a Uk's supermarket clothing chain (George from ASDA) for £12 !
I haven’t liked any of the cotton shirting pieces, used in both shirts and dresses, from H&M. This fabric is low-quality, super-thin, puckery, and wrinkles so easily that it can’t be properly ironed. I was thrilled to find some 100% cotton knit/jersey items recently there, though.
I know, same here but I love this shirt, because of its sleeves, too much and had to have it. The quality of this one seems also to be better than my black one from 2 years ago.

I got the beige and white-striped silk set, too, including the long pants, shorts and shirt. Then, I got the light blue and cream set.
These wash fine in my machine’s “hand-wash” cycle, or in the delicate cycle in large mesh laundry bags. Hang dry.🙂
