    As a retired GC I see about $100 K min. just to get this dump up to "inhabitable" status....the pool itself need to be blasted and re plastered, oh and the $5K pool heater is missing........maybe $600 K on a good day.....

    haha I love the pricing history on Zillow, they bought the house for 447k not even a year ago and now want 900k, 90% increase for 9 months, they'll be lucky to get their 447k back as it crashes. Also that's not a 2 car garage in the back, looks to a storage garage that's why theres no door in to it. The listing should be fixed to 3 car plus large storage garage for atv's and other large toys. With todays prices I agree with the other comment it would take close to 200k to modernize it. When the market fully crashes and the bank owns it 250k all day..

    So….LOL….I actually like that part of town which is a plus. I love the size of the lot that's also a plus. After that, for me 830 is not can happen…… If I could get it for 500k then I wouldn't mind putting in another 650 K and gut the entire thing to the studs every room including the floors….Everything in the trash and start from scratch. Open it up a little do the kittens and bathroom really nice and just an overall upgrade on every inch of the property and you've got something there.

    There seems to be a lot of work that needs to be done. It appears that the owner made no attempt to prepare the property for sale. The condition of the home I think is not going to attract a buyer for $830,000.00.

    I have concerns... for you. 1. Out of all the houses whyyy? It's not ready/prepped/cleaned etc
    2. Bless you for even entering such a nasty house
    3. I hope you scrubbed yourself clean and burned your cloths from being in there
    And 4. Who blackmailed you to do this house?
    5. I SCREAMED when you went near that bidet!!! Sir, just no!

    I just watched this again to get a good laugh from your sarcastic review😂. You get to choose what kind of water you want for the pool😅. Someone commented that this home was purchased about a year ago for $447k, if so, that makes sense. Because i was thinking a $500k offer would be fair. The lot size alone is worth it, but i can only imagine the problems lurking in those walls.

    Based on the tone before you even set foot on the property, I knew it was going to be a disaster. Yet, like a train wreck, I just couldn’t look away.
    Just wow. Not sure or care who the listing agent was, but that is about as low effort as it gets trying to sell a house.

    OK, this gets a thumbs up for sheer comic relief. Andrew, I say this with all Respect... please, no need for you to do another video like this... OMFG!!!
    The seller and agent should be ashamed to have this home like this... holy cow!!! I can only imagine the slum scum that actually lived in this home to make it like this. I'm not the greatest housekeeper but, I'd NEVER be caught dead in a filthy place like this. I can't even wrap my head around how bad the carpets must have been for them to have ripped them out, OMFG!!!
    If I were in the market, I would make an offer on this place, I think $230K would be my top end (the solar and no HOA are worth something), the large lot is really nice.
    I did learn somthing important from this video, that being there are agents and there are Real Estate Professionals (with standards), it's crucial to get the right one (like you ;) ).
    BTW, Andrew... I'm usually referred to as the "Queen of Snark" but, dude, you've got me beat... salute to you ;).

    Did the people photoshop grass on the property listings? because there’s ZERO grass but every listing has luscious grass and a few other doctored things. There’s no way all that grass died in less than a month and left behind just dirt. Also apparently no listing has any pictures inside that garage either so I guess no one’s gotten into it. I can only imagine what’s inside.
