Friday after Thanksgiving
Since living in my place (this will be the 7th Christmas) I've decorated in early November. But it feels weird to have Christmas up before Thanksgiving, and I am sick of it by the time Christmas actually gets here. So I'm waiting till the day after Thanksgiving (that's when my family always decorated). And keeping it up till Jan 6th, Epiphany, because Christmas is actually twelve days, not one.
I want to hold on to autumn a bit more but Christmas Is right around the corner😊

For Christmas in our house we just put up the tree and a few Christmas ornaments we have a very quiet Christmas. I think its different when you have small children but mine are all grown up now. Have you considered keeping the extra small wreaths and hanging them on a couple of select cabinet doors (with ribbon)? I'm seeing that a lot and plan to try it. Love all of your videos and the recipes never disappoint. ☃🎄

Hi there--First, l love the idea of simple and calm decorating. A lot of YT is so over the top, that it becomes almost chaotic. But the real reason for this post is to tell you that reuseable sticky note pad is pure genius. Like you, l use paper sticky notes for everything (l often say that if l had stock in Post-It-Notes l would be a millionaire) so l desperately need to know where to get the reusable one. Thank you so much and so glad l watched this video.

@@MillerFamilyVibes awesome! What I usually do for activities is I fill it in with any Christmas things we have planned that we got tickets for. I try to keep it a secret. So that is an easy one bc there isn’t anything to do for it. Then I have some repeat ones that we do every year like baking with cousins, and breakfast for dinner (Christmas themed), driving around to see decorated houses and when they were little I had easy ones I could add in for busy days like a simple paper craft. Now I need to get creative. I’m looking forward to sharing ideas with you!

I began decorating yesterday too! So excited for Christmas! 🎅🏻 I would change the green tree in the Alexa corner. I think the color isn’t quite right. Maybe a white tree instead? I love the rest of that corner! 🎄

When I decorate I always decorate by room that way I'm able to enjoy my decor enjoy putting up the decor and not having to stress doing the whole house at once Plus it's easier that way that's how I've always done it like today I'm about to decorate my hutch and most of my house are already decorated cuz I've been decorating since the second week of October Halloween who

I love your content. For me personally, I am a minimalist so all decor is simple. All of my Christmas decor comes out on Dec 1st. Do you ever feel because you decorate so early that you are over it by Christmas Day?
Hi Tina! It works out timing wise that I’m usually ready to undecorate the week after Christmas! I’m the same with Fall, since I decorate early, I’m ready to switch it after Halloween! 🎃🎄
Love the idea of a hearing aid charger. I wear aids, they are about 15 years old, so they work on batteries . Need new ones that charge...
It’s amazing! My son just got a new hearing aid and it’s rechargeable! His old one was batteries. Highly recommend the chargeable ones💗
I do the same thing you do with the acorn squash, except I use spaghetti squash also, I seen one of those candle lamps. Do they actually work as let out the smell pretty well?
I love spaghetti squash also! Yes, the candle lamps are amazing! I have 3 in our house💗 I can’t trust myself to remember to blow out candles so these are a lot safer for me because they have timers🥰
