I drank it once to study for the next day's exam. I finished studying at 3:30 am as I was very active and so concentrated. But even after my studies, I was unable to sleep since I was still active even though I didn't want to. (I drank a whole 20 rs bottle). So drink like half a bottle for studies.
After drinking any caffeinated drink, you won't get proper sleep for atleast 4 hrs. That's the time period when adrenaline is pumped and your heart rate is elevated.

Also, it depends on people tbh. Some would get the effect, some won't.
As someone who sleep for 4-5 hrs at best, I'm kinda tired and sleep at times, but the caffeine helps.

For those who drink this sting for upcoming exams, don't drink this cuz later you need more caffeine to not make you sleep and you get addicted, also you don't have to read during exams if you studied intensively for less hours and take breaks in between.
