This video is a year old so I am not sure if volunteers are still needed in those numbers. If still low in numbers, a way to encourage and keep volunteers would be to allow them take maybe a bag of food if their choice. Not just the left over in the volunteer fridge, which many times has use by food from two days before. It can feel a bit like we can only get the really bad stuff nobody wants. So maybe think about that? Just an idea to encourage people to volunteer and stay.
