I think she was tryna act like it was somebody dressed up like her. It’s possible..
But, Jay doubted that. He called her out. She could have carried her plan, but she gave in too easily. She should have just kept up with the act, it might work that way. But everybody already is suspicious of Lauren. She could’ve tried to convince them, that Cory dressed up as her, because he was the only one that wasn’t in the room. Maybe, if Lauren dressed up as Cory and grabbed Jay, then maybe they would have their suspicions on Cory instead. But what’s done has been done. There’s no point in making my reply anyway.
