For someone who has spent a majority of their life listening to and creating music, the people upset in change of sound should stop complaining. Really all you are doing is hindering the artist. People get burnt out trying to write the same thing every album, and I'm sure they're having a lot of fun trying out some new stuff with the electronic sounds and drum triggers. If you look at any good musician you should see a change in sound for every album. Being diverse just means you are better. EVEN if it is electronic.

I have listen to almost all of the metal genres. And all the bands that I have listened to, I can predict how there song is going to sound. But I really can't predict what a new song of polyphia is going to sound like. They should be inducted into the rock n roll Hall of Fame for being so original
Edit: after 5 years, my opinions have definitely changed a lot. This is no longer my favourite genre of music like it used to be. Back then, it was completely fresh and new. Now? Not so much. But I still enjoy it from time to time.

a year late it may be but even further this song title and the video as well goose with synonyms "ass, fool, idiot, imbecile, jackass, mooncalf, moron, nincompoop, ninny, nitwit, simple, simpleton, softhead" just mocking the people complaining.

Am I the only one that makes that ''OOOOoooohhhhh" 🤌 face everytime I listen to their music? I could listen to everyone of their tracks, everyday for the rest of my life and never listen to another band/group and still never get tired of it. Ohhhh the technique.... everytime you listen to it, you notice different things, and that makes everything they do a masterpiece.

The song is called Goose because its their fav vodka brand to drink and get drunk to, Grey Goose. They use to get drunk a lot in their concert tours and they played by crap. so they stopped doing it and their live concerts are ungodly good now. The band thought it would be funny to add in goose noises as samples in this song cuz its their weird sense of humor lol...

I'm typically pretty good at guessing where a song plans to go, such as how a melody for the chorus will be, when the beat drops, etc.
But with Polyphia, it's literally impossible. Not only because they consistently switch it up so often that you can't tell, but also because my jaw hits the floor so hard that I get distracted by how good the music is.
