Don't lose yourself to someone that isnt worth. Cause if you do, you just killed your own identity and hid it behind a mask that no one can suspect. What you should do is get out of the toxic relationship and continue exploring who you are. When u do that, you have won

@@whoevenamisupposedtobe7948 If you parents are toxic, if you are confident enough I suggest you stand up for yourself, but make sure to have a back up plan in case something goes wrong. If you aren't that confident, just leave them a note explaining things and stay with a person you trust for a while.

I often experienced people ' using ' me and ' throwing ' . So I learnt to watch from sidelines.
I was introverted. I had no friends. I didn't mind it. I just thought about moving on. I never knew the meaning of friendship. I thought friendship is like using and throwing.
I often changed schools because of my father . I was kind of heartless. But when I moved to South in that particular classroom I for the first time accepted . They talked with me and laughed.
I soon realised sweetness of friendship. Though still I am introverted I can now make the first move to make friends in New schools.

My 2yr on\off abusive relationship turned me into a violent person towards my ex. I don't condone my actions. When I hit him I felt the hurt and pain he made me feel. I loved that man to pieces but I refused to see that maybe he didn't feel the same about me. He swore his love, he promised me the world, maybe they were just words he'd say to tide me over. I became a violent Monster to his mind games and attitude. I forgave myself and let the past with him go. I know in my heart and my conscience I'm a good person. I too refuse to be bitter. I refuse to let the bad things and bad people keep me a Monster. If there is a God in this world, I'm pretty certain he'd agree with me. I am Cherry. I am 'me'. I'll always be true to myself. 🍒
If you had the need to go then that is your answer. Love is blind to reality and I refused to see us for what we were. I love him still, and I miss him, but I know I'm more important than him. I intend to better myself and get fit, healthy and happy. I'm keeping no contact. All effort will have to come from him. His loss if not. 🍒

If losing them is the reason you lost yourself then it must be cause it was very painful of that to happen.. But it’s the start of finding yourself. We all lose ourselves at some point cause of people, or things.. but it all comes to a lesson and you will find yourself once again but this time you’re wiser and stronger :)

Actually I used to always throw my pain, work and responsibility to god
But the. I lost faith in god cause none of my problems solved but they got bigger
But after I became a theist, I started to believe in myself and solved my problems myself, I get to know about myself even more
