Rick is such a nice guy, he plays the game, and shows the good the bad and the ugly shots, and is never afraid to make a joke at his own expense, just seems like a really nice humble and fun guy, he deserves every ounce of success, he plays the game for all of us. I've been lucky enough to meet and walk the old course with rick, The thing is with rick is he's not forgotten where he's came from. For all that he's achieved he is one of the nicest people I have met just so humble and loves what he does always makes time for his fans, there is something about him that you just instantly like. When I was a boy I played golf in the '80s. I was a junior at Blairgowrie\Rosemount for 7 years, and my teacher, the assistant pro at that time, was Dave Scott. He was a really nice guy and a big influence on me. A few months ago, when getting back into golf after a 33 year hiatus, I learned that he has had a great career, at Kingsbarns and St Andrews, no less, and now runs Dumbarnie Links. I'll have to visit one day and say hello. It's great to see that he's doing a great job there! P.s, I forgot to mention: now Rick has been one of my main teachers over the last 7 months, and I'm playing 2-3 days a week! I'm extremely grateful for his content!

I dont even play golf but iwatch ricks channel and petes and matts all from ricks... he tells a good story and he shows his workings his fails and the good as well. he just seems llike a genuine person and like i said i dont even play golf but i watch

Never heard Rick talk about his dad, in this or any other video's (not many I haven't seen). It's great to see he's playing such a large role on his kids lives, it's clearly very important to him. Bravo!

I got into golf about 4 years ago and Rick's video on how to fix a slice (lol) was my first encounter of golf UA-cam, it's amazing how far he's come. It's also amazing to see all my favourite golf personalities making videos together now. Iona, you have millions of subscribers in you too!

This just came up on my you tube. Excellent video just subscribed. I started doing my own you tube videos 2 years ago Smithy 100 Golf and played over 400 courses in 2 years. Because I put out immediate videos .Im more about quantity than quality. I post on a couple of big facebook pages so get more followers through that than you tube. Best bit is getting plenty of invites and neeting new folk. Look forward to catching up with your vids

Great video. Rick has helped so many people, myself included. I went from a 127 to an 80-85 just from his videos. Glad to see he hasn’t let it go to his head and stays humble. Would LOVE to see the Tiger video!
