Beautiful images Lucas! I was there a few years ago and it seemed such a surreal, giant landscape coming from the UK. I was on a photoshoot and only had 3 days, I stayed at Salt Lake and Sundance which I really want to explore more too. I really must return soon ..
Hey Lukas! Great video as always, always love your SL2 content. What do you use to strap your camera when you're hiking? Any tips to prevent it from bumping around?
Lukas, thanks for posting this video featuring your photos with the SL2. From time to time, I research on best approaches to shoot on this camera. I recently went to Utah as well, but photographed on film. What's your set up for low light and night conditions when shooting on the SL2? For example, those starlit skies with the landscape? I don't use my SL2 for these conditions due to concern about the noise issue. Now I'm re-thinking my approach - use a tripod, lower ISO, long exposure? I haven't found much documented experience using SL2 for astrophotography, which I would like to try more of.
Thanks for watching! Yeah I put my sl2 on a tripod, then set iso to 800 or 1600 then run a long exposure, some of the photos were with the camera balancing on a tree stump though haha
Beautiful!

I use a peak design capture clip and tighten the strap very tightly to me so that it doesn’t bounce around
