I've seen other videos of landings at TGU but really I haven't seen many videos where you see how close the shadow under the wing gets before it backs away right before landing
Same happened to me in a United flight. Pilot tried twice, then went and landed on El Salvador's airport to wait for the weather to be more convenient.
@@lalo2798 who is blaming the airport? I was just wondering why he performed a go around because it didn't seem like such a late landing. But then again, that's hard to judge from a passenger's perspective
@@markusthl not to you personally, but look at the entire section comment. I was just answering and saying kinda yep, that the pilot touched the runway a little late.
Love how the last dude is narrating, great landing and the wheels haven't even touched.
Bro they've touched...
"excelente aterrizaje" jajaja

I think this is alternative kai tak airport
I have landed many times in Tegucigalpa (as a pilot), and this is the first time that I see so close to the ground, before the threshold
Crazy! Any idea why the pilot decided to go around after he touched down? Maybe touched down too late?
the landing looks unstable and looks like he touched down a little bit late ( the runway is short )
Some airplanes have gone off the runway which have killed people.. if they don’t lane at a certain spot on the runway they won’t make it.
Love how people likes to always blame the airport. The pilot did a touch and go, He litteraly touch the runway very late.

Take off is optional.
Landing is mandatory.

В итоге то посадили самолёт? Сколько ещё попыток было? / In the end, the plane landed? How many more attempts were there?
That nearly made me shit and I'm not even on the plane.
Approach Speed way too fast.
They are actually finishing up a new modern Airport called Palmerola airport; It has a way bigger runway and only 30 mins away from Tegucigalpa
@@Wolfmaxy isn’t it hours away from Tegucigalpa??
@@ElSauxy02 No. It's pretty close.
@@ElSauxy02 Is in the city
My God those wings literally are touching the ground
In that approach the closest you are to the ground is in the last L turn (0.3nm from TDZE) just 160 ft from ground
Insanely low and fast

@@Wolfmaxy 30 min? You trippin'? It's an hour and a half drive . And its runway is just 200 meters longer.
So it touched the ground and took off again? I’d need a diaper.
That airport sucked, landing at XPL is so much better. You don’t even feel the plane touch at Palmerola.
So true, but I really never realized how dangerous this landing was. Being a kid really does change how you view the world.
Hi senor jenke😂😂
pilot dont know any body using mobil otherewise airline put all blame to that person😜
Totally unstable approach!
737 MAX
Nah, it's a 737 800
Pilot inexpert, touch and go
