What are your predictions?
We just sold our house. It was our second home for Airbnb. We went through 3 price reductions in 3 months. We ended up taking about 32% off original asking. It was very tough.
I’m so sorry to hear that. That had to be so tough. Had you owned it for a few years? Were you still able to walk away with some equity? The Airbnb market is taking a hit for sure but it grew so much in the previous two years so I’m hoping you still had equity.

The rate of unemployment is low, but those are low wage theme park and service industry jobs. Those people aren't buying houses.
Definitely not hourly workers buying homes sadly. But theme parks do have lots of jobs behinds the scenes in management etc where the salaries are very high. Also Orlando is way way more than theme parks. There are many other large employers in Orlando.
