I swear influencers are responsible for keeping the store alive.

  • @shingiaxiom6650

With the crazy inflation going on, that sushi doesn't even sound that expensive anymore

  • @sinceslicedbread7422

I'm glad you spent 80 dollars, so that I don't have to.

  • @meggyyyy

imagine being rich enough to "not look at the prices"😂😅

  • @carlycrays2831

It's crazy that the sushi actually is somewhat reasonably priced, but everything else is so expensive

  • @melissa8313

WHO is their clientele? There’s no way the prices justify the quality… this is literally just a status symbol.

  • @kauigirl808

That $80 lunch can actually feed 2 people.

Honestly, getting groceries at Publix of the fresh market is a splurge for me I can’t imagine spending that much on food

  • @PinkiiGotBraiinz

Imagine doordashing or uber eats-ing that shyt

  • @awdree__

i’m really getting sick of these influencers keeping this good for nothing money hungry company in business. we really don’t care about your 80$ lunch

  • @lightninglife63

It’s insane, a cup of milkshake cost 19 USD?! 😮😮😮

  • @maddiemaccheese8170

Watching this immediately after a DollarTreeDinners video gave me whiplash 😭

Man.... $80 on a simple lunch is definitely not worth it for me. Glad you enjoyed it though

People who shop at this store are the same people who wear YSL/Gucci handbags - lower to middle class people think they’re bougie and appear rich

  • @RightStickRob

As someone who lives 10 minutes walking distance from the store near Abott Kinney take it from me. This store remains in business because their are certain people in LA who don’t want to shop in the same store as “regular” people. You could literally go in their and pay $6.99 for the exact same Driscoll strawberries you could get for $2.99 at any other grocery store. It’s literally just a status symbol. As someone who meal preps every week and can tell you every calorie I eat, I wouldn’t be caught dead in this place. This is a place for people who don’t actually cook, influencers, recent transplants and business write offs

  • @andreasker5308

This store continues to go on because people keep going there and paying to see the hype or the commotion

  • @SerreNameless

28 dollars for dry chicken... I mean at least the tuna thing looked worth it. Everything else, absolutely NOT

  • @Theekeys2thekingdom

80 is what I spend on groceries for a week. My mom lent me $40 the other day and I got shoes from a thrift store, shoe laces from Walmart and a few groceries

  • @melissarose888

    That’s groceries for a week

You can literally feed more than 4 families of 3 with $80 a day.
