Jeans lindemann is a fantastic artist and trumpet player. We can learn a lot from this videos. I met him in 1998 here in Brazil. My brass quintet at that time played for him and The Canadian Brass, in a master class at Campos do Jordão. Thank you for posting this. Best for you Jeans.

I was in Jen’s grade seven music class at Edith Rogers in Edmonton. Little did I know he would become a legend! By grade twelve at McNally I knew though

On the mouthpiece selection section I know for a fact that Doc Seversen said if he were playing in a symphony he would get a larger mouthpiece. I am of the camp that
says whatever is comfortable and gets the job done is the proper choice.

He was given a slot of an hour and a half. Do you think the people there would have been happy if he walked out after 15 minutes? This was originally an in-person masterclass, not a UA-cam video.
