I just ate here literally today and regretted not taking more pictures! I also got the super omakase. Sushi Nakazawa was a much different experience than the Edomae I had in Tokyo a few years back (Isana Sushi Bar in Roppongi, highly recommended), but nonetheless amazing and in fact better on a few fronts, and it's amazing that I can get proper Edomae so close to home (I live two hours away in Virginia). Thank you so much for posting this! The dinner of course changes based on availability, but with your video being so close in time to my visit, I had an almost identical meal (the only difference I noticed was we had circle wafers instead of flower-shaped ones), and I will send people this video to better explain my experience! Thanks again!

Hi! I can’t fully remember what the biggest differences were… I believe the super omakase had the wagyu and uni set. We looooved the uni set so if you can just get that.. that’d be amazing! 🤩 I hope you enjoy it if you go!
