You and Dirt Boss Tri-County Masonry & Excavating are great to watch. You both seem to love what you do, and I like how you have so much fun doing what you do and your not afraid to poke fun at yourself, makes for a good viewing. Keep it up!!
Teak I appreciate that! I love what I do and yes have no problem making fun of myself lol! It’s all in good fun. Thanks again for watching and the comment! 👍🏻
Ian Birkmyre yes I would love to have one! I’ve been getting a ton more jobs like this so I’m really thinking of getting one. Thanks again appreciate you watching!
Looking good so far maybe the reason you get to finish it is the owners see that your taking your time and doing it right instead of rushing it. Just a idea maybe if Mrs Elite /CEO would get her swimming pool and fireplace she just might let you get a screener lol. Keep up the great videos
Gee, that looks Swale 🤣🤣 I'm here all night, folks! Actually that camera location is great! You get to see more of you operating the machine along with the action. Thanks for the video!
When you take into account the site size, problem with the grade(s), and the material you had to work with, I think you aced it Brandon. You're way more talented than you give yourself credit for IMHO. Now that the homeowner got a visual sample of your work and wisely made the decision to have you complete the job, you have control of the finished project and will deliver an "Elite Earthworks" signature job! Work safe, looking forward to the conclusion of this job site and the final walk around. Doug@ the "ranch"
lakesideranch well thanks Doug it was some junk material for sure I just need to spend a little more time with it. I’ve got the conclusion video ready to roll for Tuesday. I just get frustrated with my self on the excavator cause I’m so much slower on it than the loader. But I’m also comparing a machine I’ve ran for 20 years to one I’ve ran for 3 🤣. Thanks again buddy! The customer was very happy with the finished product too.
You have done a good 👍 job on the grading swale I love ❤️ your video 📷 the come more good to know how is done I just can't wait for the next video 📷 #GradingSwale
Looks good Brandon, anything you do will help the house from having water run up against it. Looks like you have it running left of the driveway. Stay safe Dwayne
WOW... no construction debris! That’s a bonus from the outset. Don’t you love it when you get near perfect soil moisture? You can carve the soil without making mud balls or trenching with your tracks. Nice job so far. 👍👍
Looks better and improved for the room and elevation you have to work with. The Preparator will really spiff it up. Yeah, I agree with some others who have commented about the tilt connector - Dirt Bosses' is pretty sweet.
@@eliteearthworksllc the ability to grade and dress the area up nice sometimes speeds things along a lot, especially on smaller jobs. A lot of times it saves having to bring another machine along. One of the handiest attachments you can have. I've worn off several cutting edges off the old grading bucket.
Blackdog Tractor/Excavator yeah I’m really wanting to get more efficient with it. I like running it and it’s perfect for these small areas where you can’t disturb much else. You can grade your way out
@@eliteearthworksllc I've got an old 6' pulverizer that I'm thinking about cutting down to 4' and using on my excavator to dress up areas like you were working on in this video or prep the area for seeding on down spout/drainage jobs. I would get the same effect as using my tractor without having to haul two machines. Dont know if it'll work out but it's just a thought.
Nice video. Looking at buying a TB260 with a steelwrist. What other Mini ex's did you consider before buying the TB260? Also looking at Cat 3.5 E2 Thanks
Ralph Carbone thank you! That would be a sweet setup. I owned a Takeuchi 153fr before this one. I’m not a fan of CATs minis or skid steers. The cabs are very small and the controls don’t seem as smooth as Takeuchi. I’ve ran several 305’s and 304’s also ran a few Kubotas and bobcats but always came back to the Takeuchi. In my opinion they have the largest and best cab lay out in minis and skid steers. Thanks again
@@eliteearthworksllc I have a Tak TL 140...What a tank!!! I do also have a Cat 304C... has given me 12 years of trouble free service.. I agree with you on the Tak. They overbuild their equipment!!! Saw you have a preparator which I have one too but I use my harley rake much more...Really a great tool!
Ralph Carbone yes they do! I’ve been thinking of getting a harley rake they look like they do a better job at tearing up existing grass. Which one do you have?
Harley rake makes the best IMO... I don't use it on the Tak because the beefy front of the Tak reduces the visibility to see the leading edge of the roller.. I use a JD wheeled skid steer which is smaller and allows me to get into tighter places . I have used the FFC rake but it doesn't work as well. The Harley rake allows you to regrade and prep lawns and process driveways... It is one of my best tools !!!
Ralph Carbone cool thank you! The preparator leaves a nice finish but the drum spins slower than a harley rake. It just looks like a harley rake would be a good addition

I graded huge yard all mud had to pull and push my way around yard had to grade with grading bucket on way out. Mud was over tracks. That was bad Saturday job. Landscaper said little wet. I’ve always wanted to try a tilt bucket. I find using a grading bucket annoying when there are so many angles to work with.
Chilly Willy I would like to try one too. I agree
You need a swivel for your bucket lol. But love the videos && the pride you take in your work
Travis C yes I do 😁. Thank you I appreciate that! 👍🏻
You always do a swale job!
Man With A Plan 🤣 thanks man!
Ya you don't give yourself enough credit!!! Compared to when you first got that bucket to now, you're pretty darn good with it.

How much did you say that little screen costs for a skid steer? You might be ablt to screen most of what you dump.
Brian Gardiner $16,500 I’d be better to buy a skeleton bucket probably
