Limitations are what society brings us as kids to reprogram our natural, curious and the co-creating of reality. Or rather we are bringing ourselves this limitation brainwashing? I am constantly "rewiring" my consciousness nowadays as I refuse to limit myself and bring pain and suffering into my existence anymore. I started meditation and affirmations to get rid of anxiety and depression and instead of only achieving less suffering I found out the way to pure happiness. I’m quantum jumping into the past to do my inner child work. Any memory I have of being a child and not being protected, supported or loved I just send myself back to that time to comfort me, tell me how beautiful and wonderful I am and that I’m going to have a fabulously successful life. I tell myself when I look back on all that and I’m living in my beautiful house with my beautiful partner, living my beautiful life, that I will remember that I was the one who came to save myself! If I can do that, I can do anything! The whole thing is an affirmative loop.

As someone who has been on a personal growth & healing journey for a very long time & as someone who has also been somewhat obsessed with manifestation, I’ve come to learn that there are no limits to what we can do. Changing one’s beliefs requires changing one’s thoughts. A belief is a repetitive thought that we tell ourselves. Also, our subconscious thoughts began as conscious thoughts. Therefore, I’ve learned that saturating one’s mind with a new thought for a desired reality can change one’s subconscious, one state of being and one’s reality.
I want to quantum jump into a version of myself that already existed. A manifestation I brought into existence but sabotaged it cause my mental health was not ready. I want to quantum jump back into an old timeline but with the emotional tools I have now !

The lesson I keep seeing coming back and repeating is " letting go". Because we have a tendency to attach to things , our past , people places and things to make a concrete image of life or existence. To tell a linear story. When I am truly focusing on love, I see myself in everything in plants, animals, people, everything and that makes my love for everything grow. Blocks. I know I have them, but I don’t know why they’re there or where they came from. A long while ago I watched a video, a guy who soon after went to jail, I don’t remember his name or what he was even talking about, but the last thing he said was “Just feel good” That one line stuck with me. You can organize your thoughts, get your mind right, but in short time you’ll get distracted and end up back on square one. But if you focus on your body and tell yourself “Just feel good” you’ll feel a physical change in the snap of a finger. This is also fleeting but because you actually feel a physical reaction you’re more likely to remember it, and do it again. You do have the power to alter your physiology soley by force of will. It’s really fascinating.

It's also helpful to realize that we are always and only quantum jumping all the time. There is only now. Any illusion of time is quantum jumping into another reality. Even when things seem to stay the same we are jumping into an entirely different reality. There is no continuity from one reality to another. It is our similar consciousness between realities that gives the illusion of continuity. All reality is the reflection of our inner state. If we change drastically on the inside then the outside will seem to drastically change on the outside. If we only change a little on the inside then the outside will seem to change only a little. In reality, however, both changes in reality were completely unrelated to original reality it seemed to come from.
Interesting. I heard something similar where the realities closest to our present state have only minor differences and you actually jump into these realities without realizing it. You actually dream of all the versions of yourself that exist in alternate realities.

I am in a huge shift. Both my parents died a year apart. I was the youngest of 4 and had a very challenging childhood. My mother was had a huge mother wound herself which made it difficult for her to be a mother. My father was a Oops baby and his parents divorced at 1 point then remarried. My father's father had a alcohol problem and his mother was a sickly woman who died on his 27th birthday. My father had a drinking problem too and a temper to match. I barely graduated from high school and married very young.. My husband has a very similar family situation, which I know is what drew me in familiarity. We almost divorced this past October but changed our minds. I am really struggling in many areas of my life. I quit a toxic job in the last month of my father's life and am having a challenge finding one now. My husband and I still bicker over trivial things that I feel are masking the crux of the issue. I also have 2 children that have grievances with how I mother d them. I made tons of mistakes and they have suffered because of that.I know I was created for a purpose and I am truly truly working on my individual healing and being as accountable as I can. This becoming whole and healing is really necessary.
My husband and I did it 1 year ago, it is possible. I was a bipolar that was severely neglected as a child, he was a narcissist and we both had a marijuana addiction and a violent abusive relationship. Through intense meditation and developing a strong relationship with the Source we have been transformed completely into new people that prioritize love, peace and health over everything.
Braking the chains of our beliefs is easier said than done. For me I get the most growth and progress out of reading about quantum physics and visualizing and fantasizing how it works. Understanding the TRUE nature of reality allows me to dream and let go. Simply telling myself to “change” my belief systems doesn’t seem to work for me. I have to KNOW why and in that knowing new beliefs are fostered

Best explanation I’ve heard on this topic so far. For anyone wanting to do this, psychedelics are very useful. But proceed with caution! To have a profound spiritual breakthrough you can isolate yourself from the world for a week or two beforehand to elicit a mild psychosis (distorted perception of reality that results from solitary confinement) and to do intensive shadow work (with guidance from at least one therapist) prior to the trip. When I say isolate I mean no contact with other people at all. No family no friends only therapist. This is very effective at surfacing all the pain you’re holding onto. This procedure may result in a very uncomfortable psychotic episode where our subconscious fears are pushed to the surface for us to deal with. The only thing you need to remember for this is to simply focus on taking deep breaths and performing body scans to release all the pent up negative energy. If you try to ‘out think’ the psychedelic it will throw you into chaos so just focus on the breath and when it’s all said and done you will literally be a completely different person with an immediate clear vision of where you’re going in life. Proceed with caution. As Dan Peña would say, kill yourself, metaphorically speaking!

I was really hoping you wouldn't miss-explain the observer effect. It's not the fact that the particle/wave is 'observed' that changes it's properties, it's that in order for us to observe it we *have* to influence it with our measuring *instruments* (in order to see something under a microscope a photon HAS to hit it).
Not on the double slit. You are the instrument and your intention to observe is the influence. Quantum responds to consciousness behind the mechanical instruments more than the instruments themselves.

It's also helpful to realize that we are always and only quantum jumping all the time. There is only now. Any illusion of time is quantum jumping into another reality. Even when things seem to stay the same we are jumping into an entirely different reality. There is no continuity from one reality to another. It is our similar consciousness between realities that gives the illusion of continuity.
All reality is the reflection of our inner state. If we change drastically on the inside then the outside will seem to drastically change on the outside. If we only change a little on the inside then the outside will seem to change only a little. In reality, however, both changes in reality were completely unrelated to original reality it seemed to come from.

Interesting. I heard something similar where the realities closest to our present state have only minor differences and you actually jump into these realities without realizing it. You actually dream of all the versions of yourself that exist in alternate realities.

I am in a huge shift. Both my parents died a year apart. I was the youngest of 4 and had a very challenging childhood. My mother was had a huge mother wound herself which made it difficult for her to be a mother. My father was a Oops baby and his parents divorced at 1 point then remarried. My father's father had a alcohol problem and his mother was a sickly woman who died on his 27th birthday. My father had a drinking problem too and a temper to match. I barely graduated from high school and married very young.. My husband has a very similar family situation, which I know is what drew me in familiarity. We almost divorced this past October but changed our minds. I am really struggling in many areas of my life. I quit a toxic job in the last month of my father's life and am having a challenge finding one now. My husband and I still bicker over trivial things that I feel are masking the crux of the issue. I also have 2 children that have grievances with how I mother d them. I made tons of mistakes and they have suffered because of that.I know I was created for a purpose and I am truly truly working on my individual healing and being as accountable as I can. This becoming whole and healing is really necessary.
My husband and I did it 1 year ago, it is possible. I was a bipolar that was severely neglected as a child, he was a narcissist and we both had a marijuana addiction and a violent abusive relationship. Through intense meditation and developing a strong relationship with the Source we have been transformed completely into new people that prioritize love, peace and health over everything.
Really does change when you follow through with actions.... Such beautiful view of the perception of what you want...
Braking the chains of our beliefs is easier said than done. For me I get the most growth and progress out of reading about quantum physics and visualizing and fantasizing how it works. Understanding the TRUE nature of reality allows me to dream and let go. Simply telling myself to “change” my belief systems doesn’t seem to work for me. I have to KNOW why and in that knowing new beliefs are fostered

Best explanation I’ve heard on this topic so far. For anyone wanting to do this, psychedelics are very useful. But proceed with caution!
To have a profound spiritual breakthrough you can isolate yourself from the world for a week or two beforehand to elicit a mild psychosis (distorted perception of reality that results from solitary confinement) and to do intensive shadow work (with guidance from at least one therapist) prior to the trip. When I say isolate I mean no contact with other people at all. No family no friends only therapist. This is very effective at surfacing all the pain you’re holding onto.
This procedure may result in a very uncomfortable psychotic episode where our subconscious fears are pushed to the surface for us to deal with. The only thing you need to remember for this is to simply focus on taking deep breaths and performing body scans to release all the pent up negative energy. If you try to ‘out think’ the psychedelic it will throw you into chaos so just focus on the breath and when it’s all said and done you will literally be a completely different person with an immediate clear vision of where you’re going in life. Proceed with caution. As Dan Peña would say, kill yourself, metaphorically speaking!

I was really hoping you wouldn't miss-explain the observer effect. It's not the fact that the particle/wave is 'observed' that changes it's properties, it's that in order for us to observe it we *have* to influence it with our measuring *instruments* (in order to see something under a microscope a photon HAS to hit it).
Not on the double slit. You are the instrument and your intention to observe is the influence. Quantum responds to consciousness behind the mechanical instruments more than the instruments themselves.
