Strategic HR & Leadership

It is some two years since our last update to the Human Resource,
Leadership and Strategy MBA modules and much has happened in
the interim.
As the day to day issues of the Covid pandemic diminish it seems an
appropriate time to look forward as to the likely challenges ahead
and where the focus of HR and Organisational Leadership needs to
be for continued success.
In summarizing this look forward we have made some assumptions
that the material within the relevant modules of the MBA have been
covered (and hopefully learned & embedded as appropriate).
The look forward has then used the predictive analytics from 3 AI
sites and summarized/prioritized the challenges that emerged from
the prompts input.
