The Albigensian Crusade was a pretty grim episode wasn't it ? Catharism never crossed the English Channel so we never saw the crusade although of course de Montfort's son would have a notable part to play in our history.
Yeah, if you read into it you read about a lot of grim and disturbing episodes of human history. There were a lot of those of course, not just the Albigensian crusade 😅. Thanks for watching. We have noticed Simon de Montfort popping up in English history as well 👍
