Then this came and was a direct answer to my questions. I feel he is telling me he isn’t ignoring me. I just need to stand firm a little longer. Psalm 46:10 10 He says, “Be still, and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth.”
Healing music! It’s hard to tackle the depression/anxiety/past traumas alone but I continue to give it to the Lord and have faith that he will mold me into the man I’m meant to be and have strength to defeat the enemy. Your own mind can truly be your worst enemy or your best friend. Your music is God sent and helps more then you’ll ever know.

I'm in recovery and glad I found his music as the last 4 months have been very hard. I lost my mother that was 57 new years,husband went to jail for stupid stuff, had my twin boys 2-3-23 and they stayed in nicu for 2 weeks then when lost one at almost 6 weeks and then ran out of my depression med and everything hit me and relapsed after March 12 being a year clean. Then wrecked my father in laws truck with my baby in it luckily he was ok and now fighting to get my 20 month old back

I let him take me down... the lowest I've ever been 😔 I was 18 and vulnerable. I had my whole life ahead of me. I was signing up for the army and following my dad's footsteps. I had a good head on my shoulders, I was confident and loved to laugh and make people laugh and have a good time. But I believed him when he said " I love you" and it all started to change from that point in my life till now. The separating me from my family and friends, the moving us 2 states away to do so, and where I know no one. Then came the talking me into trying alcohol and pain pills...it got really bad for me quickly. I can't put the blame on him, I was an adult then who could've said no. But I was soo in blind in love. Not only was I using these pills, I found myself doing thing's I would've never done on my own. I started to hate myself and my laughter and confidence was heading straight for the door. I lost myself on that stage..where I took my clothes off at club's full of men and other dancer's. I did it thinking it would help my confidence at that point, not knowing it would only make it worse and that path I was on.. was about to change. God called me! He called me one morning when I was laying on my bedroom floor, crying like a baby, begging for someone to save me, as I wrote my goodbye letter to my children. I was done and so tired of me.. I was listening to a voice that said I'll always be this, and I'll forever hold shame and regret every time I look in the mirror. You'll never get out of this pit you've dug yourself, and have fallen into. But God... He called my name that morning. I heard " Ashley! I.. love you" I sat up and looked around thinking it was my child who said it. I thought I was hearing thing's. I wasn't. "My child, I love you" I knew who it was that time, as I got down on my knees and repented. Accepting Jesus as my Lord and Savior!! I ripped up my suicide note, and wept like a child, and for the first time in a very long time.. I laughed!! Not disrespectful, It just came out. This was in February of 2020 right before covid. I wish I could say my entire life has gotten easier, I have changed and let go of the wrong thing's.. but that'd be a lie. In fact, it's gotten harder. Only because I'm having to revisit the places in my life that brought me to where I was then. Broken and into pieces, messy and afraid. But I haven't let go of God's hand since!! I'm taking it day by day, and I'm hopeful that my time to rise will come. My biggest battle was and is... believing that I can do it, and letting go of all that has hurt me or caused shame. This marriage has cost me a lot, not physically but emotionally, spiritually, and mentally. But I can't seem to find my way out. He beat me down so much that I am afraid of taking step one...taking my life back and my control. I know if I don't, I won't make it another year!! It seems like every time I try, I hit another wall. I want my life back, I want to live and fulfill God's purpose for me..but I know if I don't let him go and get it together, I'm done. God has been so good to me. He's been faithful and patient with me. But why can't I let go? Why am I still allowing someone who has no desire to know God, and has broke me down so much, still control so much of my life? I am scared. I know this is long, but if you've read thus far, thank you. I need prayer 🙏 please pray that God would deliver me from all that I am afraid of, or finding difficult to let go of...pray that He will renew my mind and heart, and put a right spirit within me. I can't do this anymore. I need strength and clarity and decernment. God bless

There is power in prayer and he heard my daughters prayers. 12/17/22 I received my transplant and Im living for him. I've been sober for 2 years now. Thank you Lord!

I'm in recovery and glad I found his music as the last 4 months have been very hard. I lost my mother that was 57 new years,husband went to jail for stupid stuff, had my twin boys 2-3-23 and they stayed in nicu for 2 weeks then when lost one at almost 6 weeks and then ran out of my depression med and everything hit me and relapsed after March 12 being a year clean. Then wrecked my father in laws truck with my baby in it luckily he was ok and now fighting to get my 20 month old back

I let him take me down... the lowest I've ever been 😔 I was 18 and vulnerable. I had my whole life ahead of me. I was signing up for the army and following my dad's footsteps. I had a good head on my shoulders, I was confident and loved to laugh and make people laugh and have a good time. But I believed him when he said " I love you" and it all started to change from that point in my life till now. The separating me from my family and friends, the moving us 2 states away to do so, and where I know no one. Then came the talking me into trying alcohol and pain pills...it got really bad for me quickly. I can't put the blame on him, I was an adult then who could've said no. But I was soo in blind in love. Not only was I using these pills, I found myself doing thing's I would've never done on my own. I started to hate myself and my laughter and confidence was heading straight for the door. I lost myself on that stage..where I took my clothes off at club's full of men and other dancer's. I did it thinking it would help my confidence at that point, not knowing it would only make it worse and that path I was on.. was about to change. God called me! He called me one morning when I was laying on my bedroom floor, crying like a baby, begging for someone to save me, as I wrote my goodbye letter to my children. I was done and so tired of me.. I was listening to a voice that said I'll always be this, and I'll forever hold shame and regret every time I look in the mirror. You'll never get out of this pit you've dug yourself, and have fallen into. But God... He called my name that morning. I heard " Ashley! I.. love you" I sat up and looked around thinking it was my child who said it. I thought I was hearing thing's. I wasn't. "My child, I love you" I knew who it was that time, as I got down on my knees and repented. Accepting Jesus as my Lord and Savior!! I ripped up my suicide note, and wept like a child, and for the first time in a very long time.. I laughed!! Not disrespectful, It just came out. This was in February of 2020 right before covid. I wish I could say my entire life has gotten easier, I have changed and let go of the wrong thing's.. but that'd be a lie. In fact, it's gotten harder. Only because I'm having to revisit the places in my life that brought me to where I was then. Broken and into pieces, messy and afraid. But I haven't let go of God's hand since!! I'm taking it day by day, and I'm hopeful that my time to rise will come. My biggest battle was and is... believing that I can do it, and letting go of all that has hurt me or caused shame. This marriage has cost me a lot, not physically but emotionally, spiritually, and mentally. But I can't seem to find my way out. He beat me down so much that I am afraid of taking step one...taking my life back and my control. I know if I don't, I won't make it another year!! It seems like every time I try, I hit another wall. I want my life back, I want to live and fulfill God's purpose for me..but I know if I don't let him go and get it together, I'm done. God has been so good to me. He's been faithful and patient with me. But why can't I let go? Why am I still allowing someone who has no desire to know God, and has broke me down so much, still control so much of my life? I am scared. I know this is long, but if you've read thus far, thank you. I need prayer 🙏 please pray that God would deliver me from all that I am afraid of, or finding difficult to let go of...pray that He will renew my mind and heart, and put a right spirit within me. I can't do this anymore. I need strength and clarity and decernment. God bless

God had to step in and save me from my addiction. 1/21/2021 I developed liver failure and faught it almost a year in and out of ICU. The doctors said I only had months to live. There is power in prayer and he heard my daughters prayers. 12/17/22 I received my transplant and Im living for him. I've been sober for 2 years now. Thank you Lord!
