Of course, you can see Northern Jugendstil (Art Nouveau) everywhere in Riga (I mean in the Lock that was formed before WWI). By the way, Folk Alu is one of my favorite places in Riga, I like it very much :) It has a wide variety of local beers on the tap and the cuisine is beautiful. P.S russian speaking youngsters are not what Riga can only offer, I would smack him if he said s-th like that to me, but you are a lovely person for sure
