Obviously, Raiden’s c2 is her biggest damage boost, but people sleep on her c1 really bad. It’s actually a big damage boost because it makes it so you’ll always be using a full stacks burst, so long as you run your rotations properly. Without c1, you’re rarely going to have all stacks in most practical scenarios.
