I drove on that outer roadway on the south side of the bridge by accident a few years ago. It was scary. I would never do it again. Give it over to pedestrian. It will be no lost drivers. Hardly anyone uses it because it is just as you said.
If AK had his LA friend Sergio with him as he vids in NYC I do not think he would have many problems with rude or bothersome people . Sergio seemed nice and gentle but he could change very fast coming from a wrestling , bodyguard' , and law enforcement background . Go AK !

Somebody forgot to tell that guy the car records any movement that occurs at close proximity. Every time a Tesla parks next to me I get close to it to see if the sentry mode activates (the screen will tell you) and make stupid faces in the camera. 😂
