I kept watching the previews from Forrest Gump as a kid back in the 90s
Nostalgia!!!! I used to see this practically everyday, forest gump was my favorite movie. At my dads house on vhs i would see all these trailers
I bought this version on vhs at half price books in November of 2010
Paramount released the Indian in the Cupboard theatrically in the USA and Canada and later on VHS(under CIC Video) and DVD outside America while Columbia Pictures released the movie outside America and Columbia TriStar Home Video(Now Sony Pictures Home Entertainment) handled the VHS,Laserdisc and DVD release in the USA and Canada so yeah
It's a funny old world, isn't it?
You can hear the late James Horner's score for Patriot Games in both the Braveheart teaser and the Congo teaser.

1990. vhs
When i watched the opening to Patriot games i figured out that the music that played in the braveheart teaser was originally from the movie patriot games.
when the teaser for Congo was scarier than the actual movie
"The Indian in the Cupboard!" Man, I haven't seen that in a LONG time! But I do remember really enjoying it when I was little. :)
velociraptor4you You know, the funniest thing about The Indian in the Cupboard is that it is actually based on a British book.
Jake Rutigliano Huh, I didn't know that. I know it's an adaptation of a book. But I didn't know the book was from Britain.
Music from Edward Siccorhands was in the teaser of Indian and the cupboard.
I remember liking it quite a bit when I was little and remember seeing my first introduction to it on this VHS of Gump my parents bought. I was surprised to hear many years later it didn’t do that well at the box office and the series they planned to adapt from books to movies was scrapped. Underrated movie imo.
@@spencerhensley5495 Cool (😎)! One day, I shall get around to watching it again (😉).
I have this movie on DVD! (hope to find Braveheart on Blu-ray or DVD real soon!)
Aired on ABC-TV in OAR (2.35:1) and 5.1 in 1997-2008
Life is like a box chocolates you never know what you’re gonna get.
I use to watch this all the time when I was a kid, and thought of popping out the VHS to see it again but searched for it instead and fortunately found it. Thanks!
Arthur’s Scary Stories Full VHS put that back on UA-cam.
This s probably the worst home media version of this movie. Because its such a Pan and Scan nightmare!
"My mama always said: Life was like a box of chocolates. You'll never know what you're gonna get."
Music they used for the teaser from "The Indian in the Cupboard"?
It's Danny Elfman's music from Edward Scissorhands.
Kinda weird with the Indian in the Cupboard; isn't that the music from Edward Scissorhands? And the tone it sets is very, very different from the film itself.

Paramount Communications byline got replaced by the Viacom byline in 1994, why is 1995 still using the Paramount Communications?
1995 is when they started using the Viacom byline starting with The Brady Bunch Movie
NO RUBER
Indian in the Cupboard wasn't released by Paramount, it was released by that company and Columbia Pictures, and Columbia-Tristar later released Cupboard on home video that same year.
Paramount pictures joined forces with Columbia pictures when they made Indian in the cupboard.
We had this vhs
Arthur’s Best Friends VHS, can you do full VHS.
Why is the Edward scissorhands theme in this?
