    I'm doing wall exercises and they offer me a pole/stick to hang on too.
    The therapist never mentioned about squat have your knees out🤔
    Thanks for your tip. I'm a tkr going on
    2 1/2 post op. My range in bending is now 89°.

    Thank you for Your video
    I'm 60 when doing wall squats
    I have no pain at all
    but my knees make a crunching
    and grinding sound is it OK to keep
    doing them many thanks.

      Hey, @wintersky6485. When doing wall squats, find a comfy balance that challenges your muscles. Try going as low as you can while keeping your knees over your ankles and your back against the wall.
