I love the way the FDNY personalize each fire engine, ladder, truck, squad and Rescue. FYI: I wonder why Chicago Fire don't wash and keep their trucks clean. I know it's a TV show, even on Emergency and real fire stations try to keep the vehicles clean.
J I have not been watching your videos on FD responding to calls. It is a mistake. Great video and out of all those engines 234 needs a cleaning. They were probably busy with calls so no problem. They also should put cow catchers on the front of engines to move cars. lol. Also my city of 100k has a hell of a time replacing equipment. You have shown millions dollars of new equipment in the last couple of weeks. What do they do with retired equipment that is in good shape.
I noticed a lot of these engines and trucks were manufactured in 21 do you happen to know what the in service rate FDNY has before replacing a rig ? I would think at least 5 Years?
Excellent footage on all the fdny engines on here great video on here and awesome work on the video john
