It is always so nice to see your videos each Sunday! I really like this card! I can’t wait to make it! I cannot believe how much work you do to prepare for these tutorials. Just figuring out all of the measurements must take forever! Thank you for all of your hard work and your beautiful card designs!
Many thanks, Julie. I know the frustration of seeing a card I like but without the measurements I need. Including metric measurements has helped me to learn metric as well. xx
I’ve seen cards where the pattern can be stacked but never like this. This is so beautiful and amazing. Thank you so much for working it out and sharing with us beautiful cards as always.
Beautiful card, Jan! Please don't worry about simplifying your videos. I'm guessing most people like me are just grateful for them and that you're healthy enough to provide them for us. Hugs from Iowa! ❤
Oh Jan, how. beautiful your card is. I look for you every Sunday morning! You are very good in explaining the creations of your cards. Thank you so much!😊
I hit the like button on every comment for this video so far, lol. I agree with every single word that people have written here.!!! Absolutely beautiful!! Thank you very much for all your time, hard work, directions that are easy to follow, I could go on for a lot more lol. But again, thank you.🥰
I made this card and I love it! Instead of using patterned paper, I decided to emboss a layer of red card stock with a Poinsettia embossing folder so I used only 2 layers of card stock for each section, and it turned out really well! I will use a poinsettia die cut to decorate the top, small card. Using an embossed layer made the card faster and easier to do which was necessary for me since I wanted to make many cards of this design. Thanks for the great tutorial!
I hate to say, I horde all my SU. I was a little confused in beginning with all the measurements, but as you assembled I was able to see how it went together. Its nice to see a card not using dimensionals which adds so much bulk for mailing. I tend to make my cards bulky and postage gets costly. Great card, love it. PS - I hope your feeling better and health gets stronger.
Many thanks, Viola. I agree; it isn't often I use Dimensionals. Yes, I'm making good progress thank with a few minor issues that are being sorted out. xx
Great card today Jan! In answer to your question, I am a DSP hoarder! I really struggle cutting up and using all the beautiful paper. Once I've used it, it's gone and I can't admire it anymore 😞 Your cards have encouraged me to use more DSP so thank you ❤ Hope you are doing well.
I really enjoy the step by step demonstrations when you make the card and the speed in which you go, it makes it so much easier to understand and follow. I very easily get confused by just reading the directions so, this video, I find in being able to watch EVERY part of the steps you provide is extremely helpful..this video is one I definitely will keep..thank you so very much for sharing and all the work you put into your videos.💖💖.. You are very talented..
Jan your card is beautiful! I am going to try it now! As everyone else said, your instructions are very clear. Thank you so much for showing us how to make this eye-catching card. I'm also glad you are feeling better and are back to card making.
I love the bird paper on the birthday card! This style of card is so fun! (Sorry to crowd on your comment, but the box didn't come up for me to type my own.)
Hi, Pattsy. I was at a small SU event yesterday and I decided I'd see when the last date is for cancellation! As I have ongoing health issues, March is too far away for me to commit but if the cancellation date is about 6 weeks away from the event, I'll try and book if there are still any vacancies. xx
