Sir, just a query. Do doctors working in private and corporate hospitals get government holidays like Christmas, Holi, Diwali or Eid? Or they have spend their casual leaves to take holidays on those days?
@bharatmatakijay3449 Most corporates don't give holidays, few hospitals don't have holiday policy you have to take cl for holidays and that to with duty adjustments....
Sir ..What about drnb from apollo, max ,gangaram ,artemis, fortis, medanta ? And what should i do after md/dnb anaesthesia if i want to do practice in teir 2/3 city as an intensivist?
I saw somewhere even CTVS is not being preferred by surgeons nowadays. Pretty much every surgeon looking to go towards Urology, Neurosurgery or Gastro. Will be good if Sir makes a video covering this.

Wo liya hi anaesthesia -work life balance ke liye Din me work rat me nind. Thats the balance. isliye yahan mat potty karo Plz.
Sir i am doing PG in MD General medicine ….. i am very much interested in Critical care ICU management …… nd like to do DM critical care …… your POV as MD GM guy. Stepping into critical care management sir
@@vickyjagan R u out of mind. Critical care pateint doesn't have outcome. Second its boring. No pateint interaction. Nobody knows you. No respect. Only within the icu u r doctor outside icu u r nothing. Donot rush to icu. Go for DM cardiology, nephro, neuro, endo
@@rahularyan7363 doctor only cardiologist nephrologist neurologists cannot run one tertiary care hospital.don't underestimate other departments.ok well u got general medicine.but don't criticise other departments.each department is important to run a corporate hospital.You cannot run an hospital without Intensive care.
If everyone started studying only general medicine based branches, then who will do surgery???? Who will take care of intensive care?? Who will give anaesthesia??
Yes both are bad. No respect. Nobody knows you. Icu mai sirf call krwa lo. Nephro call cardiology call. Neurosurgeon call etc. U r doing only intubate monitor cpr and sedation..donot take any of them.go for good branches. Medicine gynea peads opthalmology I donot advice surgical branches

Tu abi doodh pe people nowa days if u have a stomach pain they go for gastroenterologist not even a general medicine doc. Tu beta kar le nonclinical mai pg.. Kar bhut acha hai kar teri fatoor nikl jayega 6 mahine mai

We are bonded labour if we work as anaesthesiologist in corporate setup

All the above hospitals are good, Do fellowship for tier 2,3.
