Moment Secret Service finds Trump shooter’s body on roof

- Graphic new bodycam footage shows the lifeless body of Donald Trump’s would-be assassin moments after he was shot by secret agents.
The video shows local law enforcement and a Secret Service agent surrounding the corpse of the sniper, moments after he fired a volley of shots at former President Trump at a packed campaign rally in Butler, Pennsylvania.
The gunman has been identified as 20-year-old Thomas Matthew Crooks - from Bethel Park in Pennsylvania, about 43 miles from the site of the attempted assassination - a high school student who was working as a nursing home employee.
The footage, released Tuesday by Republican Senator Chuck Grassley, shows the military officials standing on the roof where the shots on Trump were fired from more than 400 feet away.
Mr Crooks’s body can be seen lying prostrate on the corrugated roof beside them, with a seeping trail of blood. The footage was captured by the body camera of a local Beaver County Emergency Services Unit officer.

This video scrubbed out the 30 foot blood trail of Crook's body from edge of the roof to the ridge. Why was his body dragged 30 feet to the ridge. And why are the blurring it out?

I'm surprised that they didn't claim that the cameras "malfunctioned" or they "forgot" to turn on the cameras.

Somebody help me understand the missing piece in this whole thing. At which point did the shooter got his rifle onto the roof?
I mean if youre talking about how he got it, he borrowed it from his dad. But the shooter got his rifle on the roof? He carried it with him didnt he?
In the House Committee hearing today, FBI director said that based on forensics evidence and other evidence, they believe the shooter climbed onto roof using some mechanical equipment on the ground and vertical piping on the side of the AGR building. They do not believe he used a ladder. The gun had a collapsible stock meaning it was easier to conceal. And thus far there’s no evidence of the shooter with the gun on the ground ( pics and witnesses). They’re still investigating this part.
So if nothing else it showed us that secret service knew about Crooks when he said this is the one they messaged about. Why did they not get him off the stage when they heard.
Looks like shooter has shorts on in this released film. I’ve seen earlier clips where people were pointing to him on the roof just as trump started to speak and it looks like shooter had pants on crawling on roof. Am i seeing this or not ? Where did the pants go? Literally

While talking about the spectators taking videos of "him, then us, him, then us" and trying to get their (SS) attention, did he essentially admit that they knew there was a threat on the roof? Right?
