And you are right after all; The Post Group, *not* Cranston/Csuri Productions, produced the '80s TBN ID. TBN went with The Post Group instead of Cranston/Csuri because they were a Southern California company like Image West and Compact Video (the latter built the Holy Beamer for them) and they wanted to have their work done locally rather than in Ohio (where Cranston/Csuri was based).
I've always liked this version, even though it's not as fancy as the current one. Didn't they also use a similar one to this where the dove is flying towards outer space, then, as the cross appears on-screen, it makes a U-turn and lands on it? Thanks for posting.
all praise due to God that we witness these things amen in the name of Jesus.
The last three bells are heard in the end of Praise the Lord 1992 opening when the camera was zooming in on the Cross/Dove.

This was first used in the early 1980s. But This was recorded in 1986. But It was phased out when TBN modified it's logo with the two lions in 1992.
One lion and one horse are in the 1992 logo.
This was actually used from 1985-1992.

It's not just a dove, it's a SPACE DOVE! A NINJA PIRATE SPACE DOVE WITH LASER EYES or something.
Literally sounds like a quote taken out of South Park
actually it was a lion and a horse i believe.
It was
I seriously doubt it. This looks pretty rough and low-budget compared to the work of Cranston/Csuri.
Cheese.
