I agree with you guys lots about your weight and more your body fat percentage but the average person I think we is still a good wave. Keep you in check because I used to be 2 27 pounds and like 58 and I just thought I was Jack and I’ve lost 45 pounds since then now being down to 180 and I’m starting to get lean and I’m almost ready to go on a boat but I think unless you have a way of calculating your body five percentage, you should still keep an ion on your way
I'm just over 6'2 and 167lbs. Arguably the best shape I've been in since I started working out in early high-school. Being called "small" is funny to me.
