- beadaholique.com/collections/... - In this video, learn how to make a wrapped wire loop for jewelry making. This basic technique is used when putting a bead on a head pin or eye pin as a dangle or a link, and is more durable than a simple wire loop.

9 years later and I am 38 and just now learning how to do wire wrapping, and from all the video out there, yours were the best . Thank you
15 videos later, this is the most concise, close up video I’ve seen. Thank you!
I totally and completely agree!
You make it look SO EASY😭😭 but thank you so much! This was exactly what I was looking for! 💕
Hi. Thanks for watching!
Ditto
Such a simple way to do it.
Thank you very much for sharing.
God bless you
Best tutorial on Wrapped Wire Loops I have seen all night!!! Thanks!!!
Thank you for the very clear, s-l-o-w enough to really get-it instructions.
From the UK - Thank you for sharing, this so helpful for my rosary making :)
Great instruction. One thing I like to do after I tuck my little tail or if I'm having trouble doing so with my chain-nose pliers is to use the front part of my crimping pliers-the round-on-round part-to tighten the coil a bit. Cleans up the coil nicely and makes it look a little more even.
Wow what a great video ! I have been making jewelry for years and I still had trouble with this very basic technique. The books and other videos just didn't click for me. Yours did. Thank you !
OMG I see what I’ve been doing wrong! I kind of taught myself and sometimes I would get it right (following pictures) and sometimes get it wrong and get frustrated and give up!!! Thank you so much!!❤️❤️💞
I was so confused how to do this but after watching your videos feeling great! I’ll try doing same way ! Thanks 😊
I’ve been watching videos on this for the past month as my supplies came trickling in. Last night I tried wrapping for the first time…lol let’s just say I had to go searching for more videos and this one is perfect! Giving it another go tonight. Thank you!
Thank you. I kept telling myself I would watch the video as soon as I finished wrapping my beads. And I should have known to do it beforehand. Thank you again. ❤

just started earrng making. love this video
This was an easy to follow tutorial. Thank you
This is so very important for new wire workers to learn to do correctly! It looks so easy, but it takes practice.
This is one of those great skills that takes practice but which is so easy to practice. We've made so many earrings using just this technique and a few beads, hooks, and bits of wire.
Thank you for this easy to follow tutorial! I have been having a difficult time with this. You were very helpful!
You're welcome Cathy, I'm happy we could help! This technique will take you so far, it's amazing how many projects you can tackle with just these wrapped wire loops and simple wire loops
Thanks it looks so easy I’m going to try it !

I love this video, it's very informative. I've learned to get a tighter coil under the loop it's easier to use my hands, that's just me.

This is so helpful. I learned this a few months ago, back in November, and I haven't made earrings in a while, and I totally forgot how to do this. Thank you!
You are so welcome!
Thank You!!! been struggling with this, Think I got it now.
Great, a simple, very useful video without a lot of raz-ma-taz! Thank You!

GOD BLESS YOU THANK YOU THAT'S AWESOME
Thanks so much, i've been looking for an easy video and this really helps. Thank you!
The best video in this topic, thank you so much!
Thanks so much for watching!!
I must just be super dumb because I still cant do it. When I go to make the loop my 90 degree angle that I made completely disappears and looks nothing at all like the products on here. And by the time I finished my wire breaks. I'm using 20 gauge so idk what I am doing wrong but it's getting very frustrating.
Try practicing with 22 guage wire. It may be a little easier to work with while you get the hang of it. Also, be sure to use gold plated or silver plated head pins. They should not break easily. Here is my recommendation: beadaholique.com/products/silver-plated-head-pins-22-gauge-3-inches-25
i feel ya. same here.
My loops still don't look like hers or any other video I've watched so you're in good company! It takes doing it over and over and eventually it will look perfect. I'm getting better. You might try 24 guage stainless steel...it definitely won't break and it's pretty easy to work with.
I'm practising with 20 gauge copper which is very soft and I still can't do it. I am at my tenth attempt with no success.
I totally get it! You're not alone!
thank you that was perfect, best video I have seen on this.

Hi must thank you, I have watched what feels like hundreds of bead videos to see if someone could show just a clear & slowly basic technique, which teaches to wrap wire loop that dangles, and bless your heart thank you! I am a beginner, with a eager heart and its so frustrating when you watch most videos and they say its so simple and I know they mean well but, I cant see or understand what they just did? So you have a loyal fan who will watch and learn as long as you put out videos to keep teaching!! hip hip hooray! for Beadaholique!
I'm so glad we could help Paula! Thanks so much for watching, it really is gratifying to see people continue to find our work through some of these earliest videos of ours. Here's a page with a collection of some of our best resources for beginning beaders, I hope you have fun: beadaholique.com/blogs/techniques-guides/intro-to-beading-101-getting-started-with-jewelry-making
Hello Paula, hope you’re safe over there?

Thank you! I have some really unique beads my friend got me and some broken earring backs I figured might as well combine the two for my own earrings.

If you're interested in earrings we have lots of tutorials for easy earring designs that use pretty much just this skill, it opens up a lot of possibilities: beadaholique.com/collections/beading-projects?_=pf&pf_t_project_status=0-Product-Type%3AProject&pf_t_project_type=0-Project-Type%3AEarring&pf_t_skill_level=0-Skill-Level%3ABeginner
