Very interesting Grand Final to look at. Penrith have the Forward Pack advantage, Storm have the Spine advantage. I think Penrith have the edge advantage. Bench it's hard to say, I'm not very familiar with Penrith's bench, but Storm have a decent bench, especially considering how useful Wishart has been this year.
Penrith have Cleary as a massive clutch player, Luai can stand up from time to time as well in those clutch moments, this year he has been a workhorse without Cleary. Mitch Kenny and Dylan Edwards are absolute workhorses, consistent, not flashy, but get the job done.
Storm have Cameron Munster, an unknown enigma, you don't know what he is going to do next, super clutch player. Jahrome Hughes is an absolute workhorse, but like Luai, can pull something out of his backside and help his team to win, he used to be a FB, he's got pace and can accelerate very quickly. Harry Grant is very explosive and has a lot of weapons in his arsenal, very good at catching markers and defensive lines napping. Ryan Papenhuyzen isn't at the level he was before his injuries, but he still can find a gap in a line and make the breakthrough, he has acceleration and a good head on his shoulders, if he thinks he won't be quick enough, he finds a pass.

i watched Joey,Locky and Thurston during their careers and people may say Cleary hasnt proven himself on the Origin arena.However its hard to argue 5 GF, 3 Premierships and possibly 4 he is the GOAT.

Cameron Smith for me. 400 games and won 3 Premierships, the way he controlled games, pacing, direction, moved his and opposing teams around, he was such an influence on games, (plus he did double duty being a ref haha) He wasn't fast, he wasn't powerful nor did he have good acceleration, he just had such amazing footy IQ and knew how find gaps in opposing teams. He did do it at all levels, he was a master.

Remember in the Round 24 game, Storm scored with Cleary being on the field and down a man (sin bin) Storm should have won that whether or not Cleary was on the field.

@rileyo4238 thats because Cleary has for the most parts accomplished more than what JT or Joey did at the age of 26. The one blemish is Origin.
