Just one request if you can make a video on ecommerce like US or non-US residents who form LLC's and then do ecommerce on that like amazon fba wholesale. If you reduce your total income, wouldn't you then have to reduce your distributions as an S-corp, to make the wages to distributions ratio balance accordingly?
Maybe I'm uncertain how wages and distributions work exactly.

On the waiting until the new year to deposit a check you received, isn’t this the doctrine of constructive receipt? If you have delivered the goods or provided the service, and have been paid by check before year-end, I thought it is income at that point
