WHAT YOU NEED:
- V60 Switch Dripper
-16g of coffee ground medium fine
- Hot water (98°C)
- Scale
RECIPE:
- Place a filter in the dripper and pre-rinse it
- Close the switch to start
- Start the timer and pour 48g of water
- Let the coffee bloom for 45 seconds
- Open the switch to drain the bloom water
- At 1 minute, close the switch again
- Pour in water until the total weight reaches 260g
- Let it sit until 2 minutes and 45 seconds, then swirl and open the switch to drain
- Total drain time should be 4 minutes
