    Hi Mukul,
    Quite insightful video. I would like to know in which mode (ZIP/ZAP/ZOOM) you have driven during the complete journey. And what about AC, was it on during the whole journey ?

    • @mukulslens
      @mukulslens  Рік тому +1

      Hey Sahil, glad you liked the video. This is the 4WD variant, so it does not get drive modes like zip,zap and zoom. It's default setting is zoom mode. AC was ON throughout the journey. Do check other videos as well, hope you will like them too, Thanks.🙂

    With 7 persons on board all adults and 5 days luggage for them we used roof carrier box and dumped all possible luggages in boot with AC on an 400 km long drive we exchanged place from 2nd and 3rd row because 3rd row has very less space and no ac vents we got about 6 to 8 kmpl on highway it is diesel manual 4 wheel drive maintained constantly on 80 for most of the time and 100 for some time

    I guess 4*4 issue is because of the stock/connector right next to the mid row ac compressor. Moisture accumulation. Saw this in another video.. what do you think

    • @mukulslens
      @mukulslens  10 місяців тому

      Hey Krishna, in my case, the connector had gone loose. So there was contact issue. More of a quality check problem. Haven't faced any issue ever since they plugged it tightly. 🙂

    I feel it's a myth that we Indians are more calculated regd the mileage of vehicles though to a certain extent that is a fact . But properly designed and manufactured engines and vehicles naturally give better mileage. Top selling vehicles are good in mileage but they are also the best machines available in the market. In other words I would say that Mileage is good indicator of the quality of the vehicle considering it's power, size, weight and dimensions.

    When did you do this trip. How long it took for the complete journey? And are the routes somewhere very bad or manageable with an suv?

    • @mukulslens
      @mukulslens  Рік тому

      Hey Bidyut, this was on 13th March 2023, took 9.5 hours approx @ relaxed speeds. Roads are very good for first 450 km, then manageable for next 100 km. Any SUV will have no problem here, in my opinion. Last 50 km is again very smooth. Very bad roads accounted for just 20-30 km of total journey. 🙂

    Which accordingly to you would be a better purchase the manual transmission or the torque converter? I initially booked the auto variant diesel but planning to go for manual transmission. I am comfortable with both but I felt the Manual to be more involving to drive. My next concern is long term issues with the torque converter and also the mileage of the vehicle. Please suggest Which would be better. Thank you.

    • @mukulslens
      @mukulslens  Рік тому

      Yes, the manual is more involving to drive, and you can certainly go for it if you love it. In my 6 months of usage of manual I have found that this is not the most smooth shifting and not the best to drive in the bumper to bumper traffic conditions. As for mileage, at Scorpio-N forums I have seen a post of automatic returning a mileage of 17 kmpl too. As you said earlier, its indicator of high quality mHawk engines. If you love manual certainly go for it, automatic is more convenient to drive. Hope this helped. Thank you🙂

    Hi, in general how are the headlights (both low and high beam) in the city and the highway?

    • @mukulslens
      @mukulslens  Рік тому +1

      Hey Mrinal, the headlights in general are decent enough for an average everyday drive, both in the city and on the highways. Not the best in class, but they do a decent job in illuminating the road. Let's say a 3/5. 🙂

    Hi Mukul, while I am eagerly waiting for my Scorpio N, wanted to understand the driving comfort in fairly higher speeds. Does it really make one nervous beyond 120 kmph per most influencers? I know it depends on road conditions too, but if we have to speak in reference to NH4 you took on this journey? Pls advise

    • @mukulslens
      @mukulslens  Рік тому +1

      Hey, first of all congratulations on your booking. You've made an amazing choice, trust me. (At least with my experience with this SUV so far.) Regarding your doubt, have no such misconception, this SUV is so much more mature in driving dynamics that you really have to drive it to believe it. 110-120 kmph is where it feels most at ease on highways. With more than sufficient body control and composure, especially in straight line. I've done an exclusive Highway speed mileage where I drove it at 120 kmph and maximum of 145kmph and it performed brilliantly. *Bangalore-Mysore expressway *.
      Ive driven it for almost 6000km exclusively on different higway routes at varoius speeds and have not been disappointed so far. Honestly you don't even realise your driving something so big and heavy once it starts cruising beyond 100kmph. So have patience and you'll see once you get your SUV. Make sure to drop a reply once you do. Thanks 🙂
