RRBob's 454 Rat Recon Military Truck - Low Deuce when "Red's" head was intake for the carb is featured amongst 'em.
The stainless fasteners look really sharp as they are. Nice detail.

Flat blade slotted screws are always the elegant solution.. It might be a Rat Rod but your a classy designer Bob. I like the look of their natural stainless beauty but that's just me.
How you did the headers is awesome. Love it!!!! One of my favorite rods getting built right now. Can't wait to see it finished. I agree with a few of the people commenting about the SS fasteners. Leave them like they are. More bling bling.

Yeah, I like the exhaust pipes too. The air moving over the top of them should provide some negative pressure and help scavenge to some degree. Maybe not as much as a collector, but good enough for a rat rod, and after all, it's more important for a rat rod to be loud, not fast.
I would leave those screws like they are. It's like jewelry. Man I would love to have that truck. It's gonna be so bad ass. Good video tonight

Hey Bob you are a true artist, love your painting ideas, actually painted my tool box the same red & black and a Shop light and a floor jack, transmission jack, rolling tool cart... I changed them from the black with silver look.
Ha haa ... it's fun to play with paint ... probably my favorite thing to do in the shop because it's the eye candy that gets folks attention.
