Can you help me out ... I wanna color my hair teal blue and I bought the color tube online and can you tell me what do I need more I've dark thick black hair . So do I have to buy bleach and developer or only developer ???
Usually,you buy the developer and the bleach. Be careful on the volume. You should know if you have sensitive skin or scalp.
I clicked on this because the heading said for dark brunette air and then it turns out it's already bleached up on that the end so its not actually solid free that start with doesn't help me so that heading should have been different that's all I'm saying but good job otherwise
