It was supposed to be a guide on how to optimize Skarlet's neutral and help you out in going against Sub-Zero. However, I had a severe lack of motivation this new year. I no longer play the game anymore, and I'm not going anywhere with my channel. This doesn't help with how busy my personal life is. So, the guide was put on hold, but I don't want you guys to be left in the dark. I still want to give you guys something as my subscribers or recent viewers. The Skarlet guide will be uploaded, but not as soon as I hoped. If you guys want, I can revive the "MK11 is Broken" series or just make some "Response Shorts" like these. That way you won't find yourself in a predicament like this. I don't know any of my audience's particular skill level, so it's hard for me to make guides. There are things where I assume people already know about in this game's three year lifespan, but many are still surprised that "X" is a thing and whatnot. Yeah, it's not parry-able. The most safe option you can do is just catch them in the air. You don't want them to gain distance by backflipping like that or else she'll have the zoning advantage.
