Hi, I tried this method on my wife's Leon ST 2014 but the service will not reset. the prompt comes to say it has been but then when you restart the car it comes up again that the oil service is due now! any ideas please?

If you keep holding the 0.0/set button after reset inspection comes up, it will cycle to reset oil change afterwards.

​@doghikerer330 tried that. it won't reset at all. we've ended up just putting up with the "bong" every time you have to start the car. it's clearly an issue with the car that needs main dealer or someone with VAGCOM or the like to sort. It's not recognising any reset including the one where you hold on to the button for longer.

go to any mechanic they can clear it easily with a scanner
