FLUFFY FRENCH OMELETTE (Poulard). Tastes better with cheese!

  • Unusually beautiful French omelette (Poulard).
    The classic recipe may not appeal to everyone, so I recommend adding a bit of cheese or herbs to the beaten egg whites.
    Share your impressions, have you tried such an omelette? What interesting fillings have you added?
    4 eggs
    2 pinches of salt
    Cheese 20 g
    Milk 2 tbsp
    Butter 10 g.
    Separate the egg whites, add a pinch of salt, and beat until stiff peaks form. Add the cheese, then gently fold.
    To the egg yolks, add milk, a pinch of salt, and stir until homogeneous.
    Heat a skillet over medium heat, add the butter.
    Then set the heat to minimum, pour in the egg yolk mixture.
    Then carefully distribute the beaten egg whites on top.
    Cover the skillet with a lid and cook for 7-8 minutes over low heat.
    On a plate, cut the finished omelette in half and fold the two halves.
    Such a dish looks very impressive!
