You probably never went through childhood trauma, verbal abuse, emotional abuse, growing up with a dysregulated, emotionally immature single mom, and having to struggle your whole life. Eventually some people like me go through hell for so long that we just come to expect it to be our entire life for as long as we live. We struggle and struggle and struggle despite knowing nobody in this crappy ass world truly gives a damn.
Despite what hardships you are experiencing right now, the universe already has a plan for you. Everything will fall into place within time. So hard I’ve been battling an opioid addiction placed on me by the pharmaceutical industry for 11 years, every day is pain 💔 I have never given up just wish there was relief or light that lasts
To anyone who is struggling with high emotions like me, you are not alone and you CAN change yourself, you are the only one who can. So do it, for your own happiness. We don’t realize that we are ruining our own lives. So focus on yourself and relax, you are overreacting, I know that sound irritating, but sometimes we need to hear it. Because we are. But relax, it’s not the end of the world. Take your time, you don’t need to say things that you later regret.
To whoever is reading this : I am proud of you! If everyone knew what you are going thru right now, they wouldn’t believe how you’re still standing. But here you are : strong, amazing and doing your absolute best ,surviving anything that comes in your way and I couldn’t ask for more. As a healer, I need some healing right now. I need to remember all is well, and I am safe. My children are safe. The universe is pushing me out one door, to open another.
