You probably never went through childhood trauma, verbal abuse, emotional abuse, growing up with a dysregulated, emotionally immature single mom, and having to struggle your whole life. Eventually some people like me go through hell for so long that we just come to expect it to be our entire life for as long as we live. We struggle and struggle and struggle despite knowing nobody in this crappy ass world truly gives a damn.

I’m struggling at the moment. I’m trying to deal with and release trauma and all the emotions that come with it. It really helps to journal, listen to meditations and cry. I have a lot of grief that hasn’t been dealt with. I’m grateful for this meditation, the ability to cry, the help I’ve gotten from others. I wish all the best for everyone

I have been waking up everyday for the last few months out of nowhere in my sleep, I can go back to sleep back wake again feeling lethargic. Early hours this morning I awoke out of nowhere at 2am, stayed awake till 430am then put this on. I'm here because my dad has been in coma for past few months and has severe brain damage due to lack of oxygen. I have been downloading music to help soothe and heal his brain.
