this year i am planning 4wd conversion and log/utility trailer also working on if i can add hydraulics and making box blade for landscaping. lots of plans but witch one of those should i make?
samasama5 do all of them and take your time. Your tractor has made me start to build my own one too. The hydraulics is something I will want to do also. and a box blade. It really looks like a tractor now. Do you think the small gearbox will last or is it stressed?
THE BLACK NAIL GARAGE i am glad to see you comment. Summer is just work work work so not everything can be made. Gearbox is missing secong gear because it is old and bushing are wear out. But it already lasted 80 hours of low gearing and high torgue.
samasama5 I have 4 old mowers to use for parts but I might look for an old quad engine with reverse then lower the gearing on the shaft. Then it will have an electric start and charging system already. I want to make a 2 seat side by side with small tipper.
Did you end up doing a left and right brake pedal setup or just one pedal? I'm looking at building my own mini tractor, loosely based on the old 1920s and up Pow'r Pup mini tractors. However I'd like to do individual left and right brake pedals, so if I needed to turn sharper, I'd just use the pedal to lock up one side to help turn faster.
This tractor has combinet cluch and brake pedal just like riding mower but it is adjusted so i can shift whitout braking by just light pressing that only pedal
Ok, so limiting factor is weight, not engine power? I am asking because I have an christmass tree farm with lots of stumps so I am building something similar like yours. Same engine but gearbox from Lada Niva .Thanks

Ok that's cool I'm grabbing my tools right now I'm gonna go build something
wait, you built the tractor from scratch? now thats awesome man. great work! and it seems to run well!! ..deff giving a thumbs up
Could you please do a slow walk around focusing on the 3 point hitch and clutch steering etc. Great work
THE BLACK NAIL GARAGE i might do sometime in future
Super awesome.
Powerful very good job thank you for sharing

Great,
what is the pulling capacity of a tractor? Can you pull maybe a small stump?
Thanks
Matija Vidusin yes this can pull some small roots and stumps, but being so light weight limits pulling power.

Matija Vidusin engine power is not so important. For your purpose of removing stumps i would recommend something else like electric winch and A frame
samasama5 ok, I understand, gearing is more important than engine power. Looking forward for a next video
what is the difference from what car is coming from?
What type of rear end do you have on that tractor
It is just a regular rear axle from a old toyota
greet the size of the rear wheels and the tires
Snow in Finland should melt in July
Roads are already clean but still too much snow on forest and in yard to do anything productive
