Brilliant film… I am constantly reminded of it, nowadays.
The value of Wag the Dog increases with time. This movie and Idiocracy are the two best not-so-fictional satirical movies. News stories today say the U.S. military shot down UFOs above Canada. I love watching Wag the Dog from the bleachers. It is real and perfect in its cinematic art. Bravo!
This guy was a head of his time
The filmmaker has to uplift the audience with a great cinematic experience ❤️
It's like a manual for the Ukraine situation.
Life is outstripping fiction... twain and satire!
The character is called Stanley... strangelove was a dark topic - bomb drop... satire needs darkness to launch itself or it becomes fluff... Dustin and de Niro gets killed for trying to take credit?
They had no idea how ridiculous it would be to live in 2024.
Prescient
Stu VS perfect word for it.
If only they were able to look into a crystal ball and see the Trump years...absurd went there.
and what followed.....ya follow here moron..???
How much can the media be manipulated hahaha❤️💛💙
That's one of the fake outs in this movie. The media is in cahoots with the White House most of the time. Everything is controlled.
