Is that Z.M. Dagar playing pakhawaj in the photo?

It might be, but he was not known for this skill. I remember this concert in London. It was at the Royal Albert Hall and covered by BBC Radio3. The Pakhawaj player was Babu Lal Pakhawaji. The photo does not appear to belong to the Royal Albert Hall.
