Looks good there’s a variety of ways to get out if a 100 pound girl can get out then it works for everyone I’ve seen guys get punch in the face and just get matter I do a down word-elbow strike then a reverse I had a 16 year old girl do that move on me I had to let go or my wrist would be damage look up Bob Malvagno there’s some old videos I I earned a black Belt from him .
